- The venue includes immersive experiences and areas with limited circulation space.
- For your comfort and the comfort of other guests, please avoid bringing large luggage, suitcases, or oversized backpacks.
- Coat check and luggage storage are not available.
- Comfortable footwear is recommended.

Please be advised that this experience includes dynamic lighting effects and video projections. It may not be suitable for individuals with a history of claustrophobia, epilepsy, or sensitivity to visual stimuli.
Some chocolates offered during the tasting experience contain dairy and cocoa. Please inform a member of our team of any allergies or dietary restrictions before entering.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Casa Ecuador is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all guests. Any visitor who engages in disruptive behavior, causes conflict, violates venue policies, harasses others, or compromises the safety of guests, staff, or the installation may be removed from the venue without prior notice.
Casa Ecuador reserves the right of admission and continued presence within the venue.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA NOTICE
Photography and video recording may take place throughout the event for documentation, promotional, and communication purposes. By entering the venue, visitors acknowledge and accept that they may appear incidentally in such recordings.

Casa Ecuador does not provide on-site parking.
Several paid parking garages are available throughout the surrounding neighborhood. Due to typical Manhattan traffic conditions, we encourage visitors to use public transportation or ride-share services whenever possible.
SECURITY
The safety of our visitors is a top priority. Event staff may conduct visual inspections of bags and personal belongings before entry. To maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, Casa Ecuador reserves the right of admission and removal when necessary.
